Welcome to jamie-mason dot com.  I really don't know what I'm complaining about; I'm not a breathless 'jamiemason' with no pause any more than I'm 'jamie dash mason'.  Hell, I'm not even Jamie Mason anymore, but my married name contains entirely too many consonants stranded in the middle of too many letters to begin with.  Even I get confused.

At any rate, here I'll be keeping track of the progress of my two novels and growing stack of essays and short stories.  There will be poetry, but don't worry, it'll be clearly marked.  I'll be writing movie reviews and talking about some things I love and a few things I hate.  If you'd like to stick around and cyber-hold my hand through this adventure, by all means, wipe your clammy paws first.
